To celebrate our 10-Year Anniversary, we're excited to launch Wellness Wednesdays beginning in August 2026! This dedicated day each week is focused on recovery, injury prevention, and helping our community move, feel, and perform at their best.

Whether you're an athlete, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to prioritize your wellness, these services are designed to support your health at every stage. All Wellness Wednesday services are offered à la carte, so you can choose the treatments that best fit your individual needs—no package purchase required.

Appointments are available every Wednesday beginning August 5, 2026, through the end of the year. All Wellness Wednesday services are offered at special anniversary pricing to celebrate 10 years of serving the Virginia Beach community.

​Assisted Stretching

Improve flexibility, reduce muscle tightness, and increase mobility with one-on-one assisted stretching sessions.

​NormaTec® Compression Therapy

Speed recovery and reduce muscle soreness using our NormaTec compression system. Choose from leg boots or arm sleeves to target the areas that need it most.

​Recovery Therapy

Each session is customized to your needs and may include a combination of cupping therapy, Hypervolt® percussion massage, and hands-on soft tissue massage. If you have a preference, we're happy to tailor your treatment accordingly.​
