5-WEEK PROGRAM

Every lady's body changes after childbirth. Let us help you take control of your health and well-being. 

"M" Powered 2 is a five-week program designed for new moms and expecting moms. Whether you are due in 3 months or in any stage of the postpartum period, this program is for you! Our team of experts will provide knowledge and tools to address the physical, mental and emotional impacts of having a baby. 

SPACE IS LIMITED!! SCROLL DOWN TO REGISTER AND RESERVE YOUR SPOT. 

How it works:

"M" Powered is a 5-week program with classes meeting once per week. The classes are one hour and meet from 5:30PM-6:30PM. The cost for the series is $150. 

​*Though we hope to make this session all about YOU, if you need to bring your child(ren), that's OK with us.

Schedule:

Week #1 (Tuesday, October 8th): Pelvic Floor, Breathing Techniques
-Michele Nielsen, PT, DPT

Week #2 (Tuesday, October 15th): Core/Pilates/Trigger Point Release, Foam Rolling Techniques
-Ashley deLalla, PT, DPT, NCPT (Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher)

Week #3 (Tuesday, October 22nd): Return to Exercise and Running, SI Joint Dysfunction
-Jessica Eisenberg, PT, DPT

Week #4 (Tuesday, October 29th): High Intensity Training, Posture Corrections, Stretching Techniques
-Michael Maugeri, LPTA, CSCS

Week #5 (Thursday, November 7th): Strategies to address the emotional impacts of the postpartum period and early motherhood
-Jenny Pfeiffer, Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC

Benefits to participants:

In addition to learning how to strengthen your body and limit the impact of postpartum anxiety, you will meet other like-minded moms. Additionally, you will receive handouts of various exercises at each session. At the end of the series, the goal is to be the best mom you can be! ​
