Meet Shirley Perrotta, ACE Certified Personal Trainer
Shirley's pursuit of physical fitness began 30 years ago during the aerobics craze. Aerobics lead her to dance classes and then strength training. A year into strength training, she participated in a NPC bodybuilding competition, placing 2nd in the lightweight division and winning best routine. Her interests also include yoga and various forms of martial arts.
