Mobility and Strength for all ages 40+

Our Approach:

Establish good movement patterns by utilizing body weight exercises.

Progress intensity by adding external loads and exercise combinations. 

Incorporate compound movements to increase metabolic function and improve concentration.

Prevent fitness plateaus by progressing exercise technique and intensity.

Utilize various fitness styles in order to keep the body guessing such as HIIT, strength training, endurance exercises, agility and plyometric intervals, Tabata, etc.

We offer a variety of personal training options to men and women over age 40 including:
  • Private training sessions - For those who are new to exercise or desire working out individually.
  • Group training sessions - For participants who have a working knowledge of exercise or for those who desire the experiences of working out in a group.

Meet Shirley Perrotta, ACE Certified Personal Trainer

Shirley's pursuit of physical fitness began 30 years ago during the aerobics craze. Aerobics lead her to dance classes and then strength training. A year into strength training, she participated in a NPC bodybuilding competition, placing 2nd in the lightweight division and winning best routine. Her interests also include yoga and various forms of martial arts.
