How it works:

"M" Powered is a 5-week program with classes meeting once per week. The classes are one hour and meet from 5:30PM-6:30PM. The cost for the series is $150.
*Though we hope to make this session all about YOU, if you need to bring your child(ren), that's OK with us. |

-Michele Nielsen, PT, DPT Week #2 (Tuesday, October 15th): Core/Pilates/Trigger Point Release, Foam Rolling Techniques -Ashley deLalla, PT, DPT, NCPT (Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher) Week #3 (Tuesday, October 22nd): Return to Exercise and Running, SI Joint Dysfunction -Jessica Eisenberg, PT, DPT Week #4 (Tuesday, October 29th): High Intensity Training, Posture Corrections, Stretching Techniques -Michael Maugeri, LPTA, CSCS Week #5 (Thursday, November 7th): Strategies to address the emotional impacts of the postpartum period and early motherhood -Jenny Pfeiffer, Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC |
Benefits to participants: |
In addition to learning how to strengthen your body and limit the impact of postpartum anxiety, you will meet other like-minded moms. Additionally, you will receive handouts of various exercises at each session. At the end of the series, the goal is to be the best mom you can be!
