Starts with your first visit at VBPTW!

Whether you are a skilled athlete or need balance training to avoid falling, VBPTW is committed to providing you with the safe and supportive atmosphere necessary to reach your personal goals. ​

What to bring

Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, and your doctor’s prescription. Wear comfortable clothes. We will be completing an evaluation and some form of treatment on the first day so you will want the freedom to move. We will have you fill out a patient history and new patient intake form so please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. What to expect

On your first appointment you will be evaluated by a licensed physical therapist on a one on one basis. Once evaluated a plan of care will be discussed with you so we at VBPTW are clear on your personal goals. Once this is agreed upon we will begin treatment.
