This program was created from evidence based fall prevention principles and combines activities which develop power, balance, strength, coordination, reflexes, flexibility, and body awareness. This class can be modified to fit individual needs and will be tailored to each participant group.

Benefits to participants |
There are multiple benefits to dance and movement classes. In addition to increasing strength, balance, gait, and overall function dance/movement therapies have been shown to increase self awareness, improve social interaction, manage and decreased symptoms of depression and anxiety, and strengthen neurological pathways.
